Rothenberg Industries, LLC was founded in the Astoria neighborhood of New York City by Michael Rothenberg in 2015. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department at the University of Michigan in 2011 and accepted a position as a Mechanical Engineer for Saint-Gobain Abrasives in Worcester, Massachusetts. Saint-Gobain is a world class manufacturing organization founded in France with over 200,000 employees worldwide. He worked on two lines in the electronics department that supplies extremely high precision applications used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. FAVS back-grinding wheels that are used to planarize silicon wafers for the semiconductor manufacturing industry and sapphire wafers for the LED industry. The second is 1A8 dicing blades that are used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry to cut or dice the silicon wafers after the electronics have been grown on the silicon substrate. 

He went on to found Rothenberg Industries, LLC to further specialize in modern process automation utilizing a wide variety of programming languages. At Rothenberg Industries we design turnkey data acquisition & automation solutions using LabVIEW and Microsoft Office VBA. We create autonomous data acquisition systems and custom PID controllers via digital I/O, analog thermocouple, current and voltage signals. We develop fully automated VBA solutions for Microsoft Access, Excel & Outlook. We also specialize in creating custom SPC analysis scripts for Six Sigma Manufacturing using JMP JSL.

We provide upon request Mechanical Engineering consultation including: Design of Experiment (DOE), Gage R&R, PC-DMIS Automation and Database Integration, Process Development, ANOVA & Regression analysis, Acrobat DC SDK C/C++ & MATLAB scripting.
