Drawing on 10+ years of Application Engineering experience, Michael holds a certification in the 8D Problem Solving Methodology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). This rigorous approach to root-cause analysis allows him to design automation systems that don't just fix symptoms but eliminate process failures at the source.
Prior to founding the firm, Michael served at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, managing high-precision production lines for the semiconductor industry where tolerances are measured in sub-microns—provides the foundation for our firm’s rigorous approach to modern process automation.
